Naturepedic's Ultra Mattress (also known as the No-Compromise Mattress) is a wonderful crib mattress for the green household. It is filled and covered with unbleached, undyed, pesticide-free ORGANIC COTTON. The organic cover also has an easy-to-clean 100% Polyethylene food grade waterproof surface. Polyethylene is an environmentally friendly plastic used for its purity and non-toxic properties. The polyethylene cover provides the ultimate non-toxic waterproof and stain resistant mattress cover, while eliminating the need for a dust mite barrier cover, since it is already hypoallergenic.

Traditional - Features a decorative trim along the edge of the mattress.
Seamless with Dual Firmness - Features a slightly firmer infant side and a slightly softer toddler side for $40 extra. This is achieved with the addition of AirCore™ support on infant side. Air-Core is a non-toxic environmentally friendly support layer made from 100% food-grade polyethyelene. Air-Core is a network of closed cell air pockets that provide a firm and comfortable base without the toxic properties of polyurethane foam and the allergenic concerns of latex rubber.
