How to Make a Return
Upon receipt, we will refund your credit card for merchandise returned within 30 days or issue store credit by email for orders returned within 45 days.
- Obtain a return authorization number by logging into your account or contacting us by email or 1(866) 282-8261
- Write your return authorization number on the outside of your return package
- Mail your return to: Euphoria Baby 1046 Point View Road, Chapin, SC 29036.
We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached or original packaging intact. For a refund we must receive your return within 30 days of your order date. This includes postal time in transit, so be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in Chapin, SC by 30 days. We can make no exceptions to this 30-day rule.
If we do not receive your package within 30 days, you will still be eligible for store credit, so long as your return arrives in our warehouse within 45 days of your order. After 45 days, we cannot accept your return. Your package will be marked "returned to sender" and we will notify you to expect its return.
If you received your merchandise as a gift, you have a total of 45 days from the date of the order to make your return. Be sure to mail your return in advance so that it arrives in our warehouse by 45 days. However, gifts are only eligible for store credit.
Euphoria Baby does not refund the cost of shipping and cannot accept the return of opened skin care products, worn or washed items, special products (if specified in the item description) . Sale items and international orders can be returned for store credit only.
Euphoria Baby cannot be responsible for any damages that might occur during the care or use of items. However, if you feel that an item is defective, we will be happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to request a replacement.
