FAQ's

1. Do you have a registry?
Yes!  To create a gift registry, first create your account.  Then, choose "Manage Gift Registries" and follow the links to create a new registry. In order to add products to your registry, first add them to the shopping cart.  Then, choose the "Add to Registry" button, which is below the Paypal button on the shopping cart page. You can easily share your finished registry with friends via email!
 
2. What about free shipping?
Our ordering system is set up to automatically apply free shipping to any US order of $75 or more.  If you apply a gift certificate or store credit to your order, keep in mind that it will lower your order total.  If your credit card is not charged $75 or more, your order does not apply for free shipping
 
3. How do I place an order online?
To order online, you must first add items to your shopping cart. When viewing the cart, you will be given the option to checkout. If you select Checkout, you will be given the choice to create a count or check out without creating an account.  Either way, you will be prompted to enter your shipping information and choose your shipping method.  You will be briefly transferred to Paypal in order to submit your payment information.  You do NOT need a Paypal account - you can pay with any credit card. By selecting, Place Order you will finalize your order. You should receive an email confirmation shortly confirming that Euphoria Baby received your order.

4. How can I place an order by telephone?
To order by phone, please contact us at 1(866) 282-8261 during business hours Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. If we are unavailable or it is after business hours, please leave a message with a phone number at which you can be reached during business hours. We will contact you as soon as possible and will be happy to take your order.

5. How will I know that my order was received or shipped?
Euphoria Baby will send you an order confirmation by email soon after receiving your order so that you can be sure that your order is being processed. Additionally, we will email you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order as it makes its way to you.

6. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently Euphoria Baby accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All payment information will be collected via Paypal to guarantee your security.  After submitting your payment, you will be returned to EuphoriaBaby.com for your order confirmation.

7. When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately when your order is placed.  If any item is unavailable or your decide to make changes to your order before it ships, we will refund your card right away.

8. Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipped to destinations in South Carolina will be charged sales tax. Sales tax is 7% of your order before shipping. Orders shipped to destinations outside of South Carolina will not be subject to sales tax.
