Euphoria Baby ships via UPS or USPS to the USA and internationally. Your shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout. For shipping within the United States via UPS, you may choose UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers when your order has shipped. Please note that UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you'd like to arrange for Saturday delivery, just give us a call!

At Euphoria Baby we truly appreciate your business. We'll cover the shipping for any order of $65 or more. Orders shipping UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to a location in the United States are eligible! If you are ordering nursing bedding items from Naturepedic or EcoBaby, an extra shipping fee of approximately $15-20 may apply to orders shipping to HI or AK, due to increased shipping expenses to these areas.

Delivery
Most orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 p.m. Eastern Time will ship that same day from our location in South Carolina. Orders not placed during business hours, including orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or orders placed on holidays, will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers when your order has shipped.
Nursery decor items such as canvas artwork and growth charts are made to order. These items ship out 2-3 weeks after your order is placed, directly from the manufacturer.
All items from Naturepedic and mattresses from EcoBaby also ship directly from the manufacturer, which eliminates wasteful shipping expenses and allows us to offer many specialty sizes. As such, these items typically ship within 2-7 business days, depending on the manufacturer's processing time, and always ship Ground. If you need to have your Naturepedic or EcoBaby mattress order rushed, please let us know. We will contact the company to confirm estimated shipment time and you can let us know if that timeframe will work for you. However, a rush applies only to processing time. Naturepedic and EcoBaby items cannot be mailed UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, etc, because of the bulkiness of the products.
International Shipping
Euphoria Baby ships internationally by USPS Express Mail International, which arrives in 5-7 business days. International shipping fees start at $29 and increase based on order weight. Please be aware that customs processes may delay the delivery of your package beyond these typical delivery timeframes, due to unforeseeable reasons.
Placing an order to be shipped to an address outside the United States constitutes acceptance of our international shipping policy. Our international shipping policy is as follows: Please be aware that all shipments of goods to countries outside of the United States may be charged additional customs, taxes, and brokerage fees by the country they are entering. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of you, the customer, and are not included in Euphoria's shipping fee. Such costs are imposed by your country, so that we at Euphoria Baby have no control over them. If you refuse your shipment at the time of delivery because you do not wish to pay the fees levied by your country, thus sending the merchandise back to us, you will still be charged for the original shipping fee and the return shipping charges. You will receive store credit for the cost of the items you had purchased, once the merchandise is returned to our store.
